100 Best Communities for Young People

The 100 Best Communities for Young People has been a signature initiative of America’s Promise Alliance and an important part of the Grad Nation campaign. Over six program cycles since 2006, America's Promise and corporate sponsors have celebrated more than 200 deserving communities who effectively provide their youth with the Five Promises and work to increase graduation rates. Winning communities have come from all across the country and are addressing the unique challenges they face.

The 100 Best competition is currently on hiatus, and no launch date is set for the next round of the program. Please subscribe to the APB below for the latest updates on 100 Best, and read on to learn more about our six years of great winning communities.
