January 15, 2014

This Summer 2007 edition of Voices in Urban Education explores the kinds of supplemental services that are essential for young people to develop the “capital” needed to succeed. This definition speaks to the extensive range of activities and learning experiences in a young person’s life beyond the requirements of the school day and core curriculum.
