The UWSV Youth Summit will mobilize, empower and energize high school youth in East San Jose to achieve their highest potential. From opening up doors to future career opportunities waiting for them in Silicon Valley through STEM based workshops to taking them through a transformative journey on how to become social change agents – we hope to cultivate future young leaders in our community. Through partnerships with notable organizations such as Girls Who Code, Teach For America, & Youth Seed – United Way Silicon Valley will mobilize these opportunities into a single day, giving youth the chance to learn actual skills that will change their mindset on higher education and their future endeavors.
