WASHINGTON - America’s Promise launches 201 Serve This Summer grants as part of the Power of Youth Challenge–a leadership development opportunity for young adults seeking to serve their communities. At the conclusion of this summer, the Serve This Summer Challenge will have provided a total of 375 grants to summer service projects since 2021.

WASHINGTON – This month, employers in six communities announced a series of new commitments to address and promote inclusion and belonging in the workplace for young employees of color. These commitments are the culmination of a unique collaboration supported by America’s Promise Alliance, known as Action Roundtables, between employers, nonprofit partners, and young workers in each community.

WASHINGTON — America’s Promise Alliance today announced 174 grants awarded as part of The Power of Youth Challenge: Serve this Summer—a leadership and service opportunity offered to young adults this summer who are leading change in their communities.

WASHINGTON – America’s Promise Alliance today announced 200 mini-grants to youth leaders working to promote racial equity and inclusion in their communities. The grant recipients are 13 to 19 years old, represent 36 states and the District of Columbia, and have each received $250 to support their service projects.
