Many health centers across the country are building partnerships with schools to expand access to quality care and address the powerful social, environmental, and economic conditions that unjustly influence health outcomes of low-income children and adolescents in their communities. Tamara Harris Clinic Manager, Mosaic Medical and Katie Condit, Executive Director of Better Together Central Oregon join us to talk about working together to create a school-wide culture of care. Their project was recently awarded $300,000 through America’s Promise Alliance and funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
