Celebrating our Founding Community

In 2022, a powerful cohort of 27 organizations stepped forward to become the founding members of our Alliance Community. They trusted APA, and each other, to build something rare: a practitioners’ community of the leading youth-supporting nonprofits that’s dedicated to both org improvement and collective action.

Almost four years later, we celebrate these extraordinary organizations who continue to embody our shared values. Together, they represent the very best of what our Alliance stands for: collaboration over competition, impact rooted in community, and an unwavering belief in the brilliance of young people. And they set an example that another 100+ organizations would soon follow.
