Noemi Wierwille
Chief Operating Officer
Noemi Wierwille is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of driving innovation, strategic growth, and organizational transformation in the education and nonprofit sectors. Over her 20+ year career—most notably at Teach For America (TFA), Noemi has shaped and executed strategies that advance educational opportunities and empower leaders to drive systems change in their local communities.
Most recently, Noemi served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at TFA, where she oversaw a portfolio of 10 regions, managed 11 executive leaders, and $50 million fundraising portfolio. Noemi led TFA’s organizational learning strategy, growing its research portfolio sixfold and scaling evidence-based measures to drive outcomes across TFA’s programs. Her team’s work earned external recognition, including an APQC award for excellence in knowledge management.
With international experience as Head of School in Dominica, Noemi has deep expertise in team leadership and change management. Her inclusive, people-centered leadership style has supported diverse teams to excel while advancing the mission of educational equity.
Beyond her professional achievements, Noemi is an active community leader, serving on the City of Concord New Hampshire Diversity, Justice, and Belonging Committee, as Board President of Russell-Shea Growers, and as a youth coach. She holds a Master’s in Education Administration from St. Peter’s College and a Bachelor’s in Political Science and French from Dickinson College.
